Breathwork & Salt

Salt Room Pranayama Workshop is a calming, breath-centered experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, steady your nervous system, and renew your energy. Hosted by Abby Salem-Goldman with Uncage Your Sunflower, this workshop blends intentional breathing with the therapeutic environment of the salt room for a deeply restorative session.

In this 45-minute guided experience, you will practice gentle movement to connect body and breath, learn pranayama techniques to increase energy and circulation, and finish with grounding, calming breathwork to support relaxation and clarity. The salt room environment enhances the experience by supporting respiratory health, reducing inflammation, and promoting deep relaxation.

This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking balance, stress relief, and a deeper connection to their breath.
