
Couples Private Yoga with Sound Bath is a gentle, beginner experience designed to help partners connect—both with themselves and each other. This 90-minute session is thoughtfully divided into 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga followed by a 45-minute immersive sound bath meditation.
The first half of the class focuses on simple, accessible yoga poses, and mindful breathing. In the second half, you’ll transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation. As you rest comfortably, soothing tones from instruments like crystal singing bowls wash over you, helping to quiet the mind and release tension from the body.
